Our further processing products have slit mesh, mesh discs, further

fabricated screen tube, rimmed filters. Their materials are stainless

steel, galvanized, plain steel and copper. We apply the process of

stamping, shearing, bending, welding and surface treatment for the

deep processing.

We can develop the custom made products according to the customer's

drawings or samples. We use advanced shearing and bending equipment

to ensure the customer's required size and shape.

Slit Mesh

Our custom made wire mesh slitting machines are able to handle mesh

rolls up to 60'' in width and capable for slitting down to as small as 1''

wide coils with+/-0.5mm width tolerance. This enable to manufacture

extensive widths and lengths. The materials are stainless steel,

galvanized , epoxy coated with iron steel, epoxy coated with aluminum

and copper.

The materials are Stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 317L, 904L

and Monel and Hastelloy etc. Weaving type has woven mesh, perforated

mesh and welded mesh. Available shape are square, rectangular, column,

or straw hat shape and other various shapes and sizes. There are single

layer or multi layer mesh welded by spot and seam welding. This screen mesh is excellent resistant to acid, alkali, wearing and distortion. It is

also well purification for liquid or particles 5-500um. The mesh are able

to be reused after cleaning.
