Stainless Steel Crimped Mesh
Crimped mesh is a mesh woven by corrugated warp and weft wires.
Material
Stainless steel wire, galvanized wire, iron steel wire, copper wire,
and other non-ferrous wire.
Woven pattern
Plain Crimp, Intermediate Crimp, Lock Crimp.
Plain Crimp is woven by plain weave which warp and weft wires are passing
alternately over and under each wires. Intermediate Crimp is the pattern which
is able to crimp on other than the points of intersection. Lock Crimp has bump
due to the wires of pre-crimped at their points of intersection. Therefore, both mesh
lock each wires in place and make the mesh rigid. Corrugation are crimped before
the mesh woven same as Intermediate Crimp.
Application
Suitable for screening, filtration, drying, reinforcement, partitioning and fencing.
Used in mining, coal plants, construction, petrochemical industry, food instrument
due to the strong structure and excellent durability.
