J-vic Inc. is an expert of wire mesh who gives greater importance to quality and technique to meet client's requirements.
We started producing wire mesh products from 2010 in Hebei China, we developed various kinds of mesh, such as
stainless steel wire mesh, brass and phosphor bronze wire mesh, plain steel wire mesh, galvanized wire mesh, filtering
wire mesh, metal wire mesh discs for oil industry and other wire products.
Factory is located in Hebei China, which is called
''the Native Land of Wire Mesh''.

Meeting international standards, we've constantly aimed improving quality and also raising up the skill and productive
efficiency by introduction of advanced equipment of German. In order to keep the best quality, we methodically inspect
and investigate and maintain our quality grades at the high level by building quality control system.

Quality management
The inspecting and the testing
In order to accomplish the steadiness of production of wire mesh, we inspect the
composition of the law materials by Olympus Handheld XRF Analyzer and the
mechanical property, such as elongation, tensile strength, tearing, peeling, cutting,
bending, compressing etc. inspected by electrical universal testing machines.
After the products completed, we inspect the specification, mesh size, aperture, wire diameter, mesh dimension, mesh surface according to ISO9001 and ASTM E2016-15.
